Weeds, trash, Graffiti, tumbleweeds in Shafter (Corner of Shafter Ave & Richland Ave)

One mile south of Shafter in the unincorporated community called Smith Corner there is an extremely unsightly yard and boarded up home. Trash is everywhere and gang graffiti covers the home. Across the street tumbleweeds are piled up against an abandoned store. Video attached.
