No sidewalks and damaged streets

hello i live on the outside of Lamont in front of the new apartments. We have no sidewalks and all the streets have big cracks. My Grandma is sick and needs to depend on a electric chair. There is no sidewalk for her to go on and the streets are really bad. I am scared for her safety because she has to go through the middle of these streets to get where she needs. i want somebody to fix the streets and make sidewalks to secure safety and make it a better environment.
