Irritated nose headache and some nausea

At around 5:30 am I woke up with nose irritation and burning sensation. This was followed by several sneezes. I got up to turn on the air purifier in another room. That’s when I realized I had a headache and felt some nausea. I was generally not feeling well. I went back to bed and eventually fell back asleep. Later that day I learned there was a hydrochloric gas leak at the refinery. I’m reporting to document in case these are related occurrences.
