[Sep 19, 2025] The reporting party experienced shortness of breath on 9/15/2025. This symptom occurred when walking towards the area of the leak reported at El Toro Viejo Rd.
[Oct 7, 2025] Got notified on the 15th about plume observation using a remote sensing technology on a satellite. When plumes are found near communities, they coordinate with CalOES. Informed about the plume on the 17th, and informed CalOES, and they sent out a report 1 hour later. CalGEM & AD were notified and went out for inspection on 9/17. Methane itself is not toxic, but sometimes emitted with other health-damaging emissions. AD issues 3 NOVS an leaks were fixed. CARB’s satellite passed through the same area 10 days later, which showed no signs of leaks.
