Strong smells coming from oil operations

Description
I was outside, and the flare was fluttering. There is also a strong smell coming from the tanks near the back end of the property. It gets stronger the closer I get to the tanks.

[Aug 14, 2025] 6/3/2025 Update:
CalGEM has been checking the facility periodically. Found holes on tanks and were the cause of the odors. Sent a cease and desist back in July of 2023 (order 1338). Out of compliance since then and looking for additional penalties due to the ongoing issues.

Daniel, SJVAPCD: a NOV 5035213 was issued for the tank leak.
