En las mañanas hay olores muy fuertes. El olor es más fuerte en las mañanas entre las 2 de la mañana y las 9. Últimamente no salgo porque me siento mal estar afuera

[Oct 6, 2024] Inspector for Air District was on Scene around 11:50am, arrived from Porterville
Complaint was Forwarded to the Kern CUPA with following description:
The IVAN reporting platform got several complaints about smells during the morning hours for homes near the refinery. 3 separate complaints state smells being stronger over the weekend morning. The Kern Energy refinery has also had 4 H2S spikes on their fence line monitors. Both events happened in-between the hours of 8am - 10am.
Reports for each incident were made to the valley air district with the following complaint numbers:
