Description
I was near the corner of Panama and weedpatch and smelled strong smells from the refinery. It kind of smells like sulfur. The smells have been around from more then an hour

[Jul 12, 2024] The one-hour average has been between 3-16 ppb from 11pm the 8th to 8am on the 9th. The 5-minute average was up to 18. But the math doesn't appear to look correct on the chart as around the highest one-hour average, the 5-minute average is lower, so there should be numbers higher than 18 to bring the average up to 16. This could be an example of level 0 data being pulled out. We should look here when we get the quarterly reports.
