Smells like crude and gas

Description
There is a SoCal gas crew fixing a leak in front of the refinery. I asked one of the workers if there was a leak and he said yes. I felt sick and nauseous for the last 3 weeks. My eyes and throat have also been irritated. I have visitors at the house, and they have mentioned smelling very strong. Gas-like smells for the last 3 weeks.

[Oct 30, 2024] SJVAPCD Complaint Number S-2403-005 & '-006
March 5, 2024 Update:
The SJVAPCD stated an inspector was on site March 4th, but did not detect any odors and did not find any excrescences on the fence-line monitors. Investigation is still ongoing.
April 4, 2025 Update:
The SJVAPCD determined SoCal Edison was in the area fixing a line. They did not use any measurement or monitoring equipment since they do not have jurisdiction on utility company pipes. They leave responsibility to the CUPA (Certified Unified Program Agency), which would be Bakersfield Fire in this instance.
CalGEM is unsure of the status and will provide a follow up later.
We are awaiting CalGEM response and requesting public records from the CUPA and SoCal Edision.
