Farmworker told to spray pesticides without a closed cab tractor

In April, KEEN got a report from a farm worker working near Delano, CA who reported he was told to spray pesticides with a closed cab tractor. The worker also stated that the equipment given to the applicators was very minimal. the worker also stated he has the information on the contractor and the company. The reporting party wishes to file a formal complaint.
