rainwater flooding around oil wells and contaminating groundwater

On December 12, 2014 a report was filed along with video evidence of flooding on to the contaminated soil around oil wells on prime farmland just north of Shafter. After the rain of January 31, 2016 the same thing has happenned. This obviously presents a real threat to local groundwater quality. Please see the new video documenting what has happened. It is a pity nothing changed since the first report a little over a year ago.

Oil production on prime farmland needs to have the same rules as oil production on a floodplain.
