Batches of Oil found in canal water near Cawelo Water District

Batches of Oil were photographed and video taped coming from Cawelo Water District. At the corner of Hwy 65 and Lerdo Hwy, there are mixing ponds where produced oilfield water and fresh water are mixed together to be sold to local farmers. There is a very strong odor of petroleum at this site. if you follow the canal downstream, you will find batches of oil flowing downstream the canal.
