Ag Burning on Browning Rd. Delano

Hello the time is 7:49pm on July 29th. My name is *** ***** and my phone is (***)-***-**** and I'm calling because there is a fire in the middle of the field. This is on 17th place and Browning Road in Delano and it's not actually on the street it's in the grape vineyards, and i'm not sure if they are supposed to be burning right now because of the air quality,but it's 17th place, Browning Road in the vineyards.
